"Grape Agate" - Spherical Amethyst - Sulawesi, Indonesia

Commonly referred to as Grape Agate, these specimens from Sulawesi, Indonesia are not really agates, but clusters of small, spherical Amethyst crystals, with colors spanning a range of purples, greens, and greys depending on composition or other inclusions.

This piece is a great size and shape to hold in your hand. One side is a light lavender color, while the other is more of a greenish-yellow, but the Amethyst spheres are in good condition and have a great druzy coating all across the piece. Very sparkly!
