Quartz var. Citrine - Madagascar

Citrine specimen from near Amborompotsy, Amoron'i Mania, Fianarantsoa Province, Madagascar.

There has been widespread speculation that some of the Madagascan Citrine from this find has been irradiated or otherwise treated to improve color, but I believe this particular piece to be natural! Please reach out if you'd like more information about this; I'd be happy to discuss it with you.
